Open plan living space

The Courtyard offers our guests ground floor accommodation for up to 2 adults incorporating everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing break or for a base to visit family and friends.

• Large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
• Modern shower room with powerful Mira Shower/corner cubicle, dual-voltage shaver light plus the luxury of a heated towel rail.
• Open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxing lounge space.
• Full central heating between October and March (at set times) and supplementary heating by way of a Dimplex log effect electric fire and towel rail with summer element.
• TV with Freeview channels and DVD player.
• Table and chairs outside the French doors so that, weather permitting, you can take your breakfast in the early morning sun (not guaranteed).
• All our tariff's include bed linen, towels and kitchen linen and there's no extra charge for electric, gas and water - so just arrive , unpack and enjoy your holiday.
• Separate drying room which can be locked to store valuable items.

On arrival there is a pint of milk in the fridge and the means of making tea and coffee, so no need to rush to the shops.

If you prefer to relax outside then all our guests have shared use of the walled garden, which used to be the old Plymouth Inns' pub garden and is very private and full of atmosphere. There are also views from the garden to the distant countryside, Mardon Down and Moreton Church.
