E-mail or telephone us to discuss your requirements and to make a provisional booking.

Fill in our Online Booking Form or Download the PDF booking form and return it to us by post with payment.

If you have completed the booking form online please remember to post the required payment with a note to this effect

A deposit of 25% of the total is required with the booking form, followed by the full balance six weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than six weeks before arrival the full amount is payable in advance.

Provisional bookings are accepted on the understanding that we receive within 7-days the required deposit and completed booking form, agreeing to our terms and conditions.

We will then send confirmation of the booking either by e-mail or post; please allow extra time for us to clear a cheque. Please check confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately with any queries.

If for any reason the balance is not paid on the due date and we cannot contact you we reserve the right to rebook the holiday and retain the deposit.

For short term breaks (i.e. for periods of less than one week) we would request full payment with the booking form to secure the reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking without reason.
