Flexible change-over dates - we will try and accommodate your requirements, please contact us accordingly. We are now able to accept payment for Overseas bookings by means of an International Bank Transfer - details upon request. A deposit of 25% of the total is required with the booking form to secure the reservation, followed by the full balance six weeks before arrival
Short term Breaks - less than one week stay: The Courtyard - prices calculated on pro rata basis plus £30.00 Mardon View - prices calculated on pro rata basis plus £40.00 For short term breaks (i.e. for periods of less than one week) we would request full payment with the booking form to secure the reservation.
Special Offers: 10% Discount - applies to the second week, when you book two consecutive weeks. Free Court Street Car Park Pass - provided for each apartment for the duration of your stay(applicable April to end October 2012). |
| Our self-catering tariffs include the following: | A warm personal welcome. All bed linen, towels and kitchen linen. Electricity, gas and water - no extra charges. A pint of milk and the means of making tea and coffee on arrival. Central heating at set times, October to March. Heated towel rail and log effect fire/with convector, all-year. Joint use of our private walled garden, "The Courtyard" has its own outside seating. Drying room for those wet walking boots and outdoor clothes. Lock up facilities for large items. Use of walking books and maps. |
